1. Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion
I don’t usually use BB cream, cause I’m lazy and prefer lesser steps in my routine, but this was a birthday gift from Ming E so I decided to give it a try. (: And I must say that Ming E really recommends good stuff! It’s been a long while since my “flawless” days, and I still don’t have flawless skin now, but putting this on make my skin “looks like” it’s flawless again. Hehe. And the part I love about Laneige products is, they always feel light and cooling, even in the absence of alcohol. I hate the slightest oily feeling, so sometimes Shu Emura’s light moisturizer also feels a tad oily for me, plus alcohol is not really recommended for skincare products so it’s kinda hard to find the “cooling” feeling again. Thus, I’m really thankful for Laneige’s products. (: And since my moisturizer supply is running out, I decided to try the Laneige moisturizer. Hope it’s good. ;)
2. Hada Labo SHA Hydrating Lotion
Yes, the product that many is raving about, one drop locks up an ocean! Haha, exaggerating but their star ingredient: Super Hyaluronic Acid is said to be able to retain twelve litres of water with one gram. Since there are so many good reviews, and one is sold every four seconds in Japan (not sure how true it is), I had to try! Plus it’s a much cheaper alternative to the toner I’m currently using, so I’m quite excited. Hehe. On a quest to find cheaper alternatives to my current products (but quality must be still as good), hope it’s another item off the list! ;)
3. Garnier 2-in-1 Tinted Spot Roll-On
Another product that many bloggers are reviewing, guess it’s also Garnier’s clever advertising technique. Haha. So this product is the first skincare product that claims to conceal imperfections while healing it at the same time, doesn’t it sounds great? Provided it must work haha. Anyway, I brought this to try because I have this huge ass pimple in between my brows. ): Today is the third day, and I’m seeing results! At first I’m a lil’ worried about applying this concealer on my pimple the whole day, cause it sounds kinda harmful, but it really is healing while is being concealed! (: And another plus point is, it’s very affordable. So happy to have another item checked off the “cheaper-alternatives-list”.
Alright, off to running errands at town. Happy sunday all. (:
